Yoga Morning

To combat stress and teach skills that the girls can take home and practice themselves as well as build muscle tone the library holds Yoga Mornings for a six weeks.

We move the books and tables out of the library and create a relaxing place where mind and body wellbeing is promoted. Tanja Thomas is a certified yoga instructor that works with kids, teens and families. She geared each session to the age group attending. Any of the students who participated found it to be very enjoyable and an energising start to their day.
