Irish Workshops in our JCSP Library

 2nd & 3rd Year students took part in energetic Irish-speaking workshops with High Rock Productions in our JCSP Library on Monday!

 Led by Brían, students jumped into fun, interactive speaking activities designed to build confidence, fluency, and courage when speaking Irish out loud. Students got to practice in a supportive space – speaking in front of others in every session which helped students find their voice ️

  Each 60-minute workshop was lively, inclusive and suitable for both Higher & Ordinary Level – proving that building confidence in Irish can be engaging and fun!

TYs attend ‘Smart Girl’ Finance Event

Last week, some of our TYs attended an interactive financial literacy workshop, where they learned about budgeting, saving, investing and how to start good money habits, for a secure financial future. They discovered why financial independence is so important for women and why having it creates less stress, more opportunities, and greater control over your life.
Students were taught how to build their confidence around money and were inspired by special guest speakers, who shared their journey, resilience, and how financial empowerment helped shape their own success.
