Our coding club has been running successfully since September 2018. The coding club runs every Tuesday at lunch time in the computer room. The computer club allows students with a passion for ICT to demonstrate and exhibit their work in this area and make new friends and connections in the school. It presents students with the opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and immerse themselves in the world of computing. Students have begun creating websites using HTML, CSS and Java Script. While students are increasing their technology skills, the coding club will allow students to gain skills such as communication, innovation, leadership and team work. Some of our students in the coding club have also entered the School Digital Champions competition which will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase their work.
